Progress Update [Mar 2019]
I sized up the new railing against the original one...
I have to say I like it much better
We tried the Salon 40 bleach cream to lighten the yellowed sink... It's not white white but it's not yellow anymore either |
Woot! Woot! Got all the led marker lights wired up, installed and sealed back up. They're so much brighter! |
We removed this gross 'lil turd... (the fresh water tank) Cleaned it up, and created a removable seal fo cleaning to prevent a reoccurrence
HAHA, so this was just a simple renovation that turned full blown gutting and replacing...
Famous last words... "How many splinters are in my neck right now!?" Joke's on you silly panel... I won! |
| I wasn't in love with the fabric trim piece on the dinette chairs, this will be so much easier to clean once stained |
I absolutely love this paint!!! Industrial cabin decor here we come.... |
| I can't wait until we get to the countertop portion |
I really hope these hold up well with the opening and closing of Burrito
So far the newly added wheel well covers have kept all the road crap off the interior walls when closed in inclement weather |
| I really like they way they came out, thank you sweetheart for thinking of this! |
So painting takes eternity (we're actually still not finished since it got so cold so fast ...can't wait to be done with this part lol |
It might not seem like a drastic difference than the white... but I love this greyish-blue white sooooo much |
| I love the contrast between the white and the slightly grey |
| We went out to the storage space and pulled all the trim off of the two roofs to reseal them |
| LOL I'm forever taking mini photo breaks... |
Finally got the couch out, cushions replaced and all the pieces reupholstered... it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be |
| Got my take along package storage all set up, testing it out now and it is def. better than going to pick up missed deliveries weekly |
Progress thus far [Aug 2018]
| I absolutely love the new doorknob we picked out 👌🏽 |
| Finally got all the dang curtains and valances down |
| Took out the old sink fixture |
The new sink fixture we found at Menards Woot Woot I'm gonna have a sprayer!! 😎 |
| Had to make new holes, but it fits perfectly |
| Found a similar bathroom fixture on Amazon |
| New vent fans dropped in |
| Now I have three fans YAAAAY |
| They fit perfectly on the risers |
| Resealed the Fantastic fan for good measure |
| Pulled the center strip up to reseal the roof |
| Eternabond to the rescue |
| The other half of the top shell |
| 🤣 Caught almost napping... |
| We removed the remaining bits of the antenna and sealed it all up |
| Vent light bezels installed |
| New lights wired up and placed |
| Guess what... |
| They all work 🤩 |
So funny story, one is warm white and one is cool white [packaging error] but it works
| Billy putting the handles back on |
| This amazing light Billy created for Burrito |
| I might be obsessed with Edison bulbs |
| My affinity for this light is mind blowing...really |
| Took the A.C. apart for a cleaning and repainting |
| It definitely needed a good cleaning |
| Washed and drying, waiting on paint |
| All nice and bright white again with fresh paint |
| We covered the A.C. spray foam insulation for protection |
